Who said ‪Strawberry Shortcake‬ couldn't be a good source of ‪protein‬? Try this amazing Strawberry Shortcake recipe using our ‪‎Limitless Shake‬.

Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

4 cups sliced strawberries 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups Bisquick Gluten-Free dry mix 2 scoops Vanilla Limitless Shake dry mix 1/2 cups melted butter 7/8 cup milk 3 eggs, beaten 8-10 oz vanilla yogurt (Greek is higher in protein)

1. Mix the fruit with the sugar and set aside. 2. Heat oven to 425. Grease a cookie sheet or muffin tin. 3. Mix the Bisquick with shake mix. Stir in melted butter. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. 4. Drop in half-cup mounds onto cookie sheet or into muffin cups. 5. Bake 10-12 minutes.64 % 6. Cool and split in halves (across the diameter) 7. Serve with yogurt and strawberries in the middle and over the tops. Makes 6.
