1/2 c skim milk/ almond/ rice/ soy milk 1/2 c water 2 t rolled oats 1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Limitless Shake dry mix 1/2 of a frozen banana 1/8 t cinnamon 1/2 c ice ½ t freeze-dried coffee crystals Garnish: 1 t flax seeds or oats
