This product is NSF certified—meaning it has been tested and verified independently to meet state, federal, and international standards of safety and performance. With instructions to take 2 capsules one hour before working out or exercise, its principal ingredients are natural and aimed at increasing oxygen delivery to muscles. There are no artificial stimulants involved.

Ingredients include: Niacin (nicotinic acid) 20 mg 100% A Proprietary Blend Containing: 202 mg Rhodiola rosea (root) Extract † Beta Alanine † Cayenne (fruit) Powder † ††Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. † Daily Value not established. Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Gelatin, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1.

Let us consider the main ingredients in Limitless’ Endurance-RCC. Niacin is an acid of the vitamin B complex, being important for producing energy from food and to help keep the digestion and nervous system functioningproperly. Rhodiola rosea root extract promotes increased physical endurance, and it may help decrease anxiety or stress. Beta Alanine is a natural amino acid which metabolizes into acetic acid. It may or may not be used here as a solvent to help the other ingredients increase solubility in the digestive system. Cayenne helps increase metabolism to burn fat and can help with joint pain, thus increasing endurance.

A scientific study cited describes how Endurance-RCC compound was tested in a double-blind, placebo-controlled test on 24 young adults. Even after swallowing only one (1) serving (two capsules) and waiting an hour later (to allow for full digestion), each subject’s endurance, as measured on an electromagnetically braked ergometer, showed workload performance was increased by 20 watts per minute until exhaustion while cadence was fixed at 70-80 RPM. Pulmonary ventilation (liters per minute), peak oxygen intake (VO2Max), and heart rate were continuously monitored throughout the 30-minute test using a breath-by-breath ergospirometer. Time to exhaustion was measured and recorded. Results showed that pulmonary ventilation increased to 124.8 l/min for subjects using the Endurance-RCC, statistically significant compared to the placebo group (115.9 l/min).
